By creating an account on nobyte.net you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.

2. Service

Nobyte.net provides account management, license validation and software delivery for the Nobyte application. Access requires a valid license key.

3. Disclaimer of responsibility

The service and the software are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not the manufacturers of third-party components referenced by the software and we are not responsible for how you use it, for any damage, data loss, or consequences resulting from its use or misuse. Our responsibility covers the protection and delivery of licenses only.

4. Licenses

One license key can be linked to one account only. Licenses may be suspended or revoked in case of abuse, sharing, chargebacks or violation of these terms. Expired licenses lose access to downloads.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse or attacks against the service.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
